Hydrocarbon solvents are derived mainly from petroleum fractions and are specified by chemical structure and physical properties.

Almost all the hydrocarbon solvents are mixtures of molecules that differ in structure and molecular weight. Therefore hydrocarbon solvents are sold on a performance basis (boiling range, flash point etc.) rather than chemical solvents which are sold on a specification basis (purity, boiling point).

The IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer) has classified TCE and PCE as “probably carcinogenic to humans” and MC as “possibly carcinogenic to humans” However VSOL™ fluids does not have any Known carcinogenic effects.

VSOL™ fluids are comparatively much lower odor than TCE and MC and thus contribute to greater worker comfort.

WATER BASE COOLANT

VCUT EC-22 is a chlorine free, non-toxic and non-corrosive multipurpose water base coolant which has been widely use in CNC turning, milling and drilling, light stamping, tapping and threading, sawing & cut off, high speed machining.

VCUT EC-22 contained advanced synthetic extreme pressure additives, it performance well on aluminium machining, including small drills and small taps. Due to its bio-stable formulation for extended life and minimized waste, it is ideal for continuous use recycling systems and central system.

CUTTING OIL

VCUT-10 is derived from blending of advance synthetic extreme pressure additives in highly refined petroleum hydrocarbons. It is specially designed for Aluminium and Brass cutting as well as horning process.
